The Vocational School of Universitas Pakuan organized a Tax Competency Workshop as part of its efforts to enhance students’ job readiness, particularly for those in the Diploma III (D3) Tax Management program. This activity plays an important role in supporting practice-based learning aligned with industry demands.
The workshop was designed to provide a deeper understanding of real-world taxation practices, enabling students to not only grasp theoretical concepts but also apply them in practical situations.
Through this workshop, students are trained to master various technical aspects of taxation, including data processing, tax reporting, and the use of supporting taxation applications. The learning process is conducted interactively in a computer laboratory, allowing students to directly practice the materials presented.
This activity also aims to improve students’ accuracy, analytical skills, and understanding of current tax regulations.
This competency workshop serves as a strategic step in preparing students to enter the workforce. With hands-on experience gained during the workshop, students are expected to develop confidence and competencies aligned with industry requirements.
Additionally, this activity helps students understand professional work standards that they will encounter after graduation.
